I'm not really sure if the oval category markers here are original to this decor or not. I've seen similar ones in other stores and I always assumed they were newer, but they do seem to fit in well with this decor, including using the same serif font as the main department signs. (Specifically, I could have sworn they had used something similar in their Wild Harvest departments, but I can't find any pictures showing that so maybe I'm making it up. I also might be confusing them with the PF&Hv3 oval signs.) I don't have to worry about blurring myself out of the surveillance monitor in the background -- the quality isn't great, but you can tell it's hooked up to the wrong camera! It's looking down an aisle somewhere, not along the actionway. I feel like every time I see these old Albertsons surveillance monitors they have some sort of issue, but this is a new one!
