In the early 00s, most stores with photo departments were really pushing digital photography in an effort to look modern, but apparently Albertsons didn't get the memo, with this graphic still solely focusing on film. At the time this was made, film probably still had a considerable market share, but it didn't take long for digital photography to take over. Now, the old photo department is being used to hold a set of locked cases with a seemingly random variety of merchandise -- I have no idea why some of this stuff would be high theft, other than that Albertsons charges absurdly high prices for a lot of it!
