Most of the decor in this store appears to be from the 2010s remodel, but I'd be shocked if the "internet cafe" setup doesn't date back to its 2005 opening. Both the name and the design (with the overlapping ovals and those blue light fixtures) scream early 00s! But I'm not complaining -- I have a massive soft spot for that era of design. The function seems to be pretty much identical to those kiosks that Sears used to have (technically, the remaining stores probably still have them, but my local Sears had shut them off years before the store closed, probably because they were running extremely outdated software), designed to let shoppers look up products on Canadian Tire's website.
