Apparently T&T had been using one of those vacant storefronts (I'm guessing Bath & Body Works) as an office/hiring space during construction, and hadn't gotten around to taking down the setup by this point despite the store having been open for nearly a month. I'm sure the mall owners weren't in any hurry for them to move out!
