Mortar-and-pestle graphics aren't quite as overused as the ℞ symbol, but they're still a stereotype in pharmacy decor. I'd be surprised if typical retail pharmacies even use a mortar and pestle these days, but I guess it's just an ingrained thing. The dark wood trim on the pharmacy does clash a bit with the light wood of this new decor, but I'm still glad they kept it instead of going for what I'm sure would be a much more boring look if the pharmacy had gotten a full remodel.
