Sushi Burrito boat

I've never been entirely sure what to make of Sushi Burrito, a rather strangely-named local chain that appears to sell sushi and other Japanese foods, not burritos. Now the name just makes me think of this recent XKCD cartoon! I do really like the design here, featuring a colorful pattern over curving soffits. I wonder who the original tenant was that built this kiosk -- I found this picture showing a previous tenant with an even more bold design on the same background, but that appears to be another local small business, and I imagine only a big company would spend the money to build something this fancy.
