I'm glad to see the local year make a reappearance after having been mostly missing in the Modern era, but I much prefer the classic "serving [city] since" sign over the new "your neighbor since" wording. This just feels generic, plus the "your neighbor" part feels, yet again, like they're trying too hard to get people to like them.
