The whole cart space is decorated with a huge local flair mural, which is quite impressive, especially from a company that's been resistant to local flair in the past. In fact, this is probably the most local flair I've ever seen from a Safeway, at least a non-new-build one (the new-builds in Queen Anne and the U District do have a good bit of local decor). Note also the signs at the end of the cart well, saying "sincerely, tan grocery cart" and "sincerely, black grocery cart" -- I guess Safeway's mixed fleet of carts is here to stay, or at least whoever made those signs thought so!
