I'm not so sure about the benefits of plants listed on that sign -- I have house plants now and all they do for me is make me worry I'm going to kill them! 😉 And I'd be a lot more worried if I was spending Safeway prices on them -- basically everything from Safeway is like $20-30 these days for a single potted plant, or $50+ for a pot with multiple plants. Trader Joe's across the street sells houseplants for around $5, so it's clear why Safeway's aren't flying off the shelves.
