The rather sunny, almost tropical, color scheme used in the frozen department stands out among all of the decor packages I've seen over the years. Decor designers tend to stick to cold colors for this department, with icy blues being a particularly common choice; even the Colorful Lifestyle family uses blue for the frozen department in addition to dairy. I'm never a fan of orange, but I actually kind of like this color scheme, in part because it is so unusual.
