The short corridor connecting JCPenney to the former Mervyn's is of a different era than the rest of the mall, and its 90s flair is still on full display -- Westfield doesn't seem to have done much at all over here. The Mervyn's wing is slowly turning into the Filipino wing, with Seafood City (a Filipino-oriented grocery chain) taking over the ground floor of the anchor space and Jollibee and Red Ribbon Bake Shop moving into inline spaces.
