Green and red

I'm guessing the mall facade hasn't changed much since the Mervyn's days -- for all I know, they might even be responsible for the dark green backdrop since that was the color of one of their later logos. Speaking of logos, I quite like Seafood City's, with the stylized fish heads making a sort of sail shape.

  1. I don't know much about Seafood City, but they did open a location in the Houston suburb of Sugar Land about a year ago. This Seafood City you photographed looks a lot more interesting than the one here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/XxekA2wAyWJ8qMEo9

While I do shop at Asian supermarkets a few times a year, I really don't see much in Seafood City that makes me interested to shop there. Of course, it's a pretty far drive from me as well so that does not help, but even otherwise, the one around here just doesn't look very attractive. It doesn't even have the interesting logo on the outside!

    1. There are some interesting Asian grocery stores out there, but Seafood City is not one of them, at least when it comes to decor! Some parts of that store look more interesting than this one, but not by much.
