Dog chair or frog chair?

I may have gone a bit overboard on pictures of the frozen section, but what are the chances I'm going to be able to see this decor again? I'm not aware of any other surviving Grocery Palace stores in my area, or in any area I'm likely to visit in the near future, so I'll enjoy it while I still can. Though those weird flattened-animal folding chairs don't make me enjoy this photo as much as I otherwise would...
