Even beyond the "dollar shop" area, a large portion of the front end is taken up by shelves full of junk food and just general junk. Walmart has gotten rid of shelving in line with the checkouts in most of their stores (apart from small areas by the entrances), but I guess this store had too much space for them to fill otherwise! Off in the background is the "Customer Center" right next to the vision center, a combination that (somehow) reminded me of Kroger's "Customer & Money Services" signs -- Walmart's own Money Services section is right across the actionway, with a sign that's strangely black and white (not blue and white).
