The front left corner of the store is home to the health and beauty department, with the garden center (which Airport just calls "Outdoor") in the background. I'm used to the seasonal department being in this corner, but I guess there's just not enough space here. (Also, the Port Angeles Walmart still has its Impact-era pharmacy island, which makes this part of the store completely different.)
