All of the original corridors are pretty much identical, though this one has some of those sketchy kiosks that were once a ubiquitous part of malls. The closest one was apparently just called "Plush Toys", which totally sounds like the kind of place that would sell counterfeit knock-offs of branded products. I have no idea what it was really like, but mall kiosks just always have that sketchy vibe to them, much like the street vendors you find in other parts of the world.

Is that an Eddie Bauer store on the left side down the hall? If so, their storefronts have certainly gone downhill since the era when they had stores here in Houston! The one at Willowbrook Mall near me at least was quite nice. The one here looks very generic from what I can tell, but I guess it is far off in the distance so maybe I'm missing something.
ReplyDeleteSadly, yes it is -- you'd think they would want something better at one of the closest stores to their headquarters, but I guess not!
