Whatever the case is, this store is certainly capitalizing on its location, and it seems to be quite busy! The front sidewalk is fulled with three ice machines and tons of bottles of water, and there are plenty of beach-related products on offer. (Though I wouldn't really want to buy bottled water that was pre-heated by the Los Angeles sun...)
