The frozen aisle markers were looking a bit run-down on this visit, with a missing number on this one and the standard green vines instead of Bountiful's blue frozen aisle design. And these pictures were taken 6 years ago -- I can't imagine anything has improved since then! One thing that has changed, but not for the better -- the whole back checkout and customer service area seen here is now gone, replaced with storage for Pickup (which also means that all of these windows are now covered up). This back entrance was quite convenient because it led directly to the D Line bus stop behind the store -- of course, retailers (with Kroger being one of the worst offenders) have shown time and time again that they just don't care about anyone who arrives to their stores using any mode other than driving.
