The major remodel meant that this store got new cases throughout the store, something that's very rare for Safeways these days. These have a real Albertsons look to them due to the doors and black paint (Albertsons was one of the first stores to install doors on refrigerated cases, while Safeway has never been all that interested), and the Alberboxes on top only add to that! (These ones were even solely Albertsons branded, rather than dual-branded like most of the ones I've seen in recent years!)
