Sorry not sorry

As we saw earlier, the new bakery wasn't quite up and running on this visit, but apparently the old bakery had already been decommissioned. Even the sign was already gone, which brings up something interesting -- I had always thought those woodgrain panels were all one piece and the silver trim pieces were just decorative, but looking at the way it was glued in place, it certainly appears that it is actually a bunch of separate pieces. That seems like a lot of unnecessary work for something that isn't even obvious in the final product! It's also interesting how the apology sign refers to the bakery as "just past the produce department" when it's actually pretty much in the produce department.
