The most obvious evidence for this store's downsizing is the number of aisles -- what was once aisle 19 is now just number 12. That's about the average number of aisles for a typical Safeway, and I'm guessing the salesfloor is now about average in size too -- not exactly Max any longer.
While this store looked quite funny with Lifestyle v2, it does look more warehouse-like with the smaller size and Modern! That's not a good thing, to me at least, but at least it is sized more appropriately for a Safeway. That probably isn't a good thing either, but at least it is consistent.
