The customer service setup reminds me of Target or Walmart, which I guess makes sense since this is (sort of) a hypermarket. It's just one that's much more focused on groceries than I'm used to! I love the old Real Canadian Superstore logo that this store (and seemingly most of their stores) still has -- it looks totally 80s with the extra-bold italic text and the angled stripes, but apparently this logo was only introduced in 2005!
