A broken clock isn't even right twice a day

Comparing this picture to the first one of the clock, it's clear that the clock was actually moving -- it just wasn't anywhere close to keeping accurate time! This picture was taken about 5 minutes after the previous one, and the clock had moved about 5 minutes since that time (it's easiest to see if you focus on the shadow rather than the hand itself due to the very different angle), but it was still around 3 hours and 20 minutes slow. (Either that my phone attached the wrong time to these images, but it certainly wasn't 11 at night, and it would be pretty odd for me to have made it all the way out here by 11 in the morning on a weekend -- I am not a morning person!)
