More bakery stuff

I took quite a few pictures of the bakery here despite it not being one of the nicer ones I've seen -- in particular, the floor looks pretty bad back here! It's nice to see the Portland Division's Safeways putting such emphasis on the in-store production and service element of their bakeries, something the Seattle Division seems to have largely forgotten about -- I have no idea how much of their bakery products are actually made on site any longer, but I suspect it isn't much since there hardly ever seems to be anyone working in their bakery departments, and they no longer have any advertising about fresh warm bread in the afternoons, something that both Safeway and Albertsons used to make a big deal about. (And forget about "baked in-store daily" -- I haven't found expired products in the bakery like I have in other departments, but I've definitely found things that were many days old and pushing right up against their sell-by date, still being sold at full price because our stores don't do discounts on old bakery products.)
