I'm not exactly sure when this store was built (and I suspect it wasn't originally built for Real Canadian Superstore anyway), but it has this really cool exterior design that a lot of older Superstores in the Vancouver area have, with cable-stayed towers holding up a big canopy above the entrance. Those towers take what would otherwise be a fairly bland design, similar to a lot of 80s grocery stores in the US, and make it something special.
