Also a little frustrating: That Lands' End 50% off sign that keeps getting in every single picture! At least Lands' End put up a little bit of christmas decor, unlike Sears proper.
Huh, what's the story with that TV/monitor with the Sears advertisements on it? I'm guessing that isn't a security monitor so I wonder what Sears was doing with that. I can't say I can remember any Sears store here having an LCD advertising monitor. Knowing Sears, if they did have an advertising monitor, it would have been an old CRT!
I came across a photo of a supermarket frozen food aisle which kind of looks like it has similar lights to this part of the Sears! And, yes, that is carpet on the floors here! Link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/yd2bCYFB5EhSQSMw9
I don't know, but it definitely seems to be an advertising screen! A security monitor would probably make more sense for Southcenter, though! 😃
Wow, that's a very strange store, and not just because of the carpeting! The contrast between the fancy lighting and the ancient open freezers in that picture looks particularly odd.
