This store still has the original open feel in its liquor department, very different from most Safeways these days with the new extra-tall shelving Albertsons likes to install. Everything else is very Safeway, though, including the cardboard wine carriers and associated discount for buying way too much wine at one time. The signs still advertise "Haggen exclusive wine", though -- I wonder how much, if anything, is truly exclusive to the 15 remaining Haggen stores versus exclusive to Albertsons/Safeway as a whole.
