This store's front end is significantly different from what I'm used to seeing at former Grocery Palace stores. Some of that is probably down to this store being significantly smaller than normal, but it's mostly due to some strange choices Safeway/Albertsons made, as we'll see in the next couple pictures. 

And speaking of strange choices, I have no clue why they decided to paint the wall above the Starbucks kiosk bright white -- it sticks out like a sore thumb and just generally looks terrible! Normally, Lifestyle stores with Starbucks kiosks on a wall like this just had the wall above them painted the normal Lifestyle Beige. Even Modern doesn't normally use such a stark white!
