Shockingly, no one was enjoying their Haggen cafe food outside on the patio on this dull, wet day. Sarcasm aside, it's always nice that Haggen has these spaces, but it seems like it would make sense for at least some of the tables to be under that nice big canopy in the background! That probably wouldn't make anyone want to eat outside on a day like this regardless, I suppose.
