Blackout

This store appears to have been a very early prototype for this package -- the first Haggen to get it and one of the first throughout the Albertsons universe to end up with what appears to be a loose family of local-oriented decor packages various divisions (including Acme and Andronico's) have been sporadically using in recent years. As a result, there are a few of the typical fails that often show up in decor prototypes, such as installing a dark Haggen logo right in front of a black wall panel here in the floral department. (I'm not even sure why that logo is there -- seems like it would make more sense to have an actual sign for the floral department!) The terrible flooring is much less easy to excuse, and blows a giant hole in the otherwise upscale look of this store.
