Deli with flair

The really special thing about this store, though, is the decor. Mi Pueblo used one of the most elaborate decor packages I've ever seen (heck, this probably beats even Grocery Palace), featuring 3D features inspired by (or sometimes directly in the shape of) architecture from Latin America through history. Notably, this decor package has absolutely nothing to directly say what the different departments actually are, which is certainly an unusual choice! I've seen some other decor packages that avoid using words -- this is a fairly common thing in international-focused grocery stores to avoid translation, but was also used in Kroger's Fresh Fare -- but it's interesting how this store has absolutely nothing decor-wise to identify any of the perimeter departments, with the decor being completely interchangeable between departments.
