I tend to spend most of my time on this blog focusing on the big grocery chains, particularly Albertsons/Safeway and Kroger, but sometimes it's fun to take a step back and look at some independent stores and small, local chains. Yoke's Fresh Market is one of those, a small chain based in Spokane with a few locations elsewhere in Eastern Washington and stretching into Idaho and Montana. This store was built in 1996, and very little about it seems to have changed since!
