The service counter signage may be exclusively for the seafood part of the department, but meat -- well, beef at least -- gets full billing for the rest of the department! It was a very common trend in the 90s and early 00s to make the different departments of a grocery store look like their own little stores, and while Grocery Palace is the most famous example of that, Yokes was doing similar things years before Albertsons!
