The front left corner of the store is home to the health and beauty department, with a set of four sideways lettered aisles extending out in front of the pharmacy. This is another thing that normally only appears in converted Albertsons stores -- Safeway stores, even ones with unconventional pharmacy layouts, normally have the health and beauty section just in a few regular, numbered aisles in the main part of the store. The left half of this store definitely seems to have been strongly inspired by Albertsons layouts from years past!
