This isn't quite as classy of a view as
the one we recently saw at Ralphs (which happens to be the store I visited immediately after this one!), but it's still pretty nice! It's a bit unusual to see a Grocery Palace store with carts stored outside, as they typically had a dedicated cart area between the two entrance doors right inside the front wall, but that seems to have been subsumed into the open vestibule here -- or maybe, considering California's mild weather, they just didn't bother to have indoor cart storage in these stores.
