At least the new paint, and the bit of decor above the checkouts, makes the liquor department sign look a bit less out of place on the soffit here. The overall weird layout was left completely as it was, however. And the previous lack of color hid the fact that the light box sits a couple inches above the bottom of the soffit, which looks quite strange now that there's bright blue paint surrounding the white box!
