You're welcome (but I think you're missing a word)

On the way out, the thank you sign just doesn't seem to read right to me -- it seems like it should be "at the Woodinville Haggen", or "at your Woodinville Haggen", not just "at Woodinville Haggen". But maybe that's just me.

  1. That does sound very strange and I feel like it is incorrect as well. "Thank you for shopping at Haggen" seems normal enough, but not what they have. Perhaps it is correct, but we just don't hear it phrased that way very often so maybe it seems incorrect. I'm not sure, hopefully there is an English teacher here who knows the answer, lol.

Hey, a Gary Payton Supersonics jersey! That kid looks young enough that I doubt the Supersonics were even in Seattle when he was born, but I guess the team still has some level of popularity. It is too bad that is not the jersey they wore before ~1996, the jerseys which came after that, especially those 1996 ones, were like a bad supermarket remodel, lol.

Hey, is that a yellow Subaru off in the distance? About the only modern/semi-modern Subaru I've seen in yellow in recent times is the Subaru Baja!

    1. Yeah, I feel like you can't just throw the place name in there without another word, but I'm not 100% sure.

Yeah, I think that's one of their (hideous) yellow/green Crosstreks that were fairly popular at one time. The first generation of Crosstrek also came in a plain yellow color, but that doesn't seem to be all that common.

  2. Some Acmes with the Premium Fresh & Healthy decor have the same issue. The welcome signage would be something like "Welcome to Limerick Acme". I always thought it sounded strange.
