The back actionway abruptly crashes into a wall halfway down the salesfloor, for what honestly seems like no reason whatsoever. At least the wall was formerly home to a cool feature, a bulk spices section; sadly, this was gone by the time of my 2022 visit, with the sign replaced by
yet another oversized Haggen logo, as you can see in the background of the previous picture.

ReplyDeleteI think the layout of this store stayed about as trendy as long as the Spice Girls stayed trendy, lol. This area of the store looks strange, but yet also very boring. It is just a sea of off-white and grey. What a snoozer.
Ha! Yeah, there are a few interesting spots, but this is definitely a fairly bland decor package overall. I wish the illuminated signs were used in more places, since they're pretty cool!
