I'm not sure if this was added as part of this store's P17 refresh or dates back to before that, but at the time, this style of cosmetics department, with cool curved endcaps, seemed super modern and deluxe. I guess this was just a preview of the direction Target was going with these departments, since they've only made these fancier and fancier as time went on! This design looks boring and cheap in comparison to what this store has now... even if I still really like these endcaps.
I feel like I remember reading that the Carrollton, GA, Target that Retail Retell shared a while back was the first to receive the fancy new cosmetics department. I could be wrong though.
