Service floral

This store doesn't quite have a full complement of service departments (I'll get back to that later), but it does have more than the former store, including a floral service counter -- something I was a bit surprised to see, since Safeway seems to have given up on actually staffing their floral departments. The old store had a surprisingly decent floral department, but shared its counter with customer service -- which probably makes more sense than keeping it separate like this, since that's where you have to go to get help with floral stuff these days, and just hope that you aren't at a store where they've cut customer service staffing too.
