As with most modern grocery stores, Raley's put a large emphasis on the prepared foods offerings here, and I was hoping to be able to get something from these departments, but unsurprisingly, when I got here at 9 PM, all of them were closed. Oh well! The upstairs mezzanine is home to a cafe seating area (also closed at the time), along with offices along the walled-in section seen here.
