Even vintage stores have curbside pickup now

Sears may have had in-store catalog order pickup going back decades, but it still feels anachronistic for this store, which largely feels frozen in time on the exterior, to have a curbside pickup setup! But, of course, this was 2021, when pretty much every store had some sort of pickup option thanks to the pandemic. 

I wonder how many people driving large vans and trucks hit the canopy before Macy's added those planter boxes! I'm sure the architects in the 60s never envisioned our modern obsession with using giant vehicles for everyday travel.
