The brick-and-stone flooring within the connector itself is even more retro! Seems like an odd choice... but not as odd as the giant orange tree with cylindrical white "leaves" in the middle! I don't exactly dislike any of this; it's just rather strange.
I've heard of toilet papering a tree before, but this tree looks like it is made of toilet paper!
