Fred Meyer neon

I was surprised to find that this store was built in the late 00s, a time when neon wasn't really in style, since it's one of only two Fred Meyers I've ever seen to feature neon (the other being the retro-styled Burlingame store). It's odd looking back at these old pictures from my iPod Touch, which had some serious issues with photo quality in general, and seeing how decently the neon turned out -- while the two phones I've had since were each a huge step up in photo quality overall, I haven't noticed similar improvements in dealing with neon, which is rather unfortunate.
