This picture does a good job of showing the big issue with Bountiful decor in QFC stores -- the signs are just too big! Even with the modifications made to allow them to fit at all, the large, very 3D signage feels a bit overpowering, and just awkwardly crammed into stores it clearly wasn't designed for. And yet, despite that, QFC was one of the first divisions to get Bountiful, and as they don't appear to have any interest in remodeling stores that currently have this decor, they may well be one of the last to have it in a significant number of stores.
The deli itself is quite nice, as is typical for QFCs of all sizes, and includes a fairly large prepared foods department despite the weird shape and size of this store. Though those pre-made, pre-wrapped sandwiches don't look all that appealing, compared to the fresh-made ones that most stores -- even Safeway, which is generally less upscale than QFC -- offer.
Makes for a nice close-up, at least...
