While the clothing department is now walled off from the grocery side of the store, its long side is still open to the general merchandise area. If you look very closely at the top of this picture, you'll see one of my favorite Northwest decor elements still survives, in a sense, in the Banner era! (We'll return to that topic towards the end of the set.)
