Filled with fresh or not, I'm not sure I would trust meat out of these little coolers

While the exterior of this store was pretty much untouched, there are obvious huge changes the second you get inside -- some of which don't seem to make that much sense, at least from the perspective of meeting Fred Meyer's standard layout.
