Wing, noodle, and poke bars

 

Here's a closer-up view of the two special prepared foods sections, with Safeway's typical fried chicken section (about the only hot food most Safeways have) off to the left. I wonder how long these will stick around for, since Safeway has removed most of their deluxe offerings that used to be only in specific stores over the past few years, apparently preferring to have a similar, relatively basic selection in basically all their stores (a cost-cutting move, I'm sure).
