Spokane Valley has 3 anchor tenants, all placed on the front side of the mall. One of those was Sears, which, unsurprisingly, is now gone; we'll see that later. The remaining ones, concentrated on the southeast side of the mall, are Macy's (formerly the Bon Marche) and JCPenney, both of which are quite boring inside, so I focused on the mall itself on my visits.
