Heading in these side entrances, especially on the lower level, the mall almost starts to feel like the kind of bland design I would expect from the 90s, with just that little bit of neon visible at the top of the image! All of the construction walls we've been seeing here are for a new Sephora (presumably replacing the one inside JCPenney), though I haven't been able to figure out if it's open yet or if they've taken over all of the spaces in this corner for it (I'm getting mixed messages from Google Maps and the mall's own website).
